Hi Patrickh, I am, unfortunately,
allergic to Hublot. It's not my kind of brand. Furthermore, all the watches "dedicated" to something like Bentley or whatever, are not my cup of tea. Thanks anyhow.

How about something from Richard Mille?
My choice is RM035 or RM055 in black.
Otherwise, go for something more "classically sporty": Platinum Datograph Up/Down or a 5204P with a black dial if budget allows.

PS: The Zeitwerk with black dial from Lange & Sohne would be another choice or just wait for the new Nautilus collection in the fall.
RM is very unknown to me

...after all, the Ferraris have also come a long way from being strictly mechanical and analog performance machines.
Probably produced in even lower built numbers, but with an equally and distinctly different approach to watches as we know them (thanks to Graham, my veteran watch friend for introducing this watch to me!):
The VENTURA - here the "SPARC MGS", sporting a highly legible digital GUI (exactly like your car), controlled using a button to press and scroll (like your car), powered by purely mechanical engineering (almost like your car) and with 45days power reserve (definitely not like your car)...
And with hardly any noise produced in its operation, it gentlemanly leaves all the screaming to the California's exhaust pipes, leaving the stage for the real and bigger bang (pun absolutely intended).

The Ferrari California isn't exactly for "old and conservative" either... 
Your exquisite taste in watches is timeless and if anything, gets only better with age and experience.
But of course digital isn't for everyone. Don't own one either. Yet.
