australasia, it generally denotes when a NZ team is doing better than an australian team. I recall this term being used in the soccer world cup last year if im not mistaken when the all whites could have qualified for the knock out stage. Foot in either camp seems to be the preference which is fine by me.

...the team from Fiji/Solomon Islands/Tonga/Samoa/North Island/South Island playing at the top of their season with the home ground advantage to whom rugby is more of a religion than a game who will probably defeat the poor hapless Frogs playing their country's second code on away turf after too little match practice.
