Octo Finissimo - Kind of Blue
Just arrived yesterday. It’s so light and comfortable that I didn’t realize I went to bed with it on until I woke up this morning (with no electricity or heat due to 60mph winds all nignt)! This watch should go down as a classic, I would think. I certainly believe it deserves all the accolades it has been accorded this far.

The Octo Finissimo doesn't fit my personal style or even taste (too modern for me), but I fully understand the appeal, nonetheless, and I can imagine your pleasure and excitement!

It doesn’t fit into the typical sort of watches I have (e.g., several 47mm Panerai’s), which is likely what attracted me to it. It’s different and quite delicate and elegant.

It has definitely been a huge success for the brand, the only question being if it is not turning bvlgari into a one line brand for all intents and purposes 🤷🏻♂️

Due to high winds they turned off the electricity as a precautionary measure against potential fires on Wednesday. It went back on for 8 hours Thursday evening and then turned off against 3 am Friday morning. Now they project power restoration sometime on Sunday. A serious bummer, but fortuitously, we installed a whole house generator last month, so we’ve been staying warm and comfortable. Thanks for your concern!
I agree about Bulgari’s watch line being sort of a one hit wonder! I would never have considered a Bulgari watch until recently and am enjoying the thinness and good looks of this unique watch!
