I finally received my last purchase of 2009, that came out of customs yesterday!

A Spedmaster ST145.022 from 1968. The best vintage year around here...!

I believe it will be a GREAT weekend taking time on eggs, footy, driving etc

Very nice Sinn. They produce some of the most legible and functional watches out there.

Another good Masthead choice. It's a fun but difficult task choosing the best shot of the week. I wonder if there is a simple way to get everyone involved in voting for their favourite photo of the week to be used as the Masthead? Another way to get Purists participating.

The direct sunlight caught the gray granularity of the dial.

It was nice to have the Submariner at the beach. Next I will have to try diving with it (after a pressure test I think).

Came back two weeks ago from servicing and calibration. It is keeping excellent time now, adding just 1 minute after a whole 10 days when it was adding 5 minutes a week before. Happy weekend all!
