current focus is on unveiled secret, I have already seen 5 iterations by now. and then this monstrosity with the chronograph bezel which we will surely see as well a lot

I like the secret but not more than my vintage chronograph. The unveiled timekeeper is not my style either. I actually am declining a remote w&w unveiling because I just don't want more of the same chronos. For me I want to limit redundancy. If they come out with a cool new time only a la RaZ or just a well finished time only I'd be intrigued. I don't think many timekeeper have been delivered. I have only seen 1 limegold and 1 steel not from press photo.

They want to go modern, and show "innovation". The bezel activated chrono - where to begin ... The amvox chrono had a purpose - enabled chronograph activation while wearing a glove. The tactile feel was great. Added a bit of thickness to the case but otherwise didn't affect proportions. The MB ... added ugly bezel, annoying to operate, serves absolutely no purpose.

That dial is superb! I still like my jade dial Mexico edition best, but this would be a very close second.
