I have been lying low for a while, contemplating my next important acquisition...

A few days ago, I finally pulled the trigger - it's a piece I have been craving for - the Lange 1 Tourbillon in pink gold.

A manually-wound timepiece with date and power reserve indication, the watch was launched in a limited edition of 250 almost 10 years ago. I was fortunate enough to acquire one in mint condition (a safe queen, literally).

What a great addition to an already incredible collection! Hard to pick a favourite for me. Honestly, I'd be thrilled to have any one of those.

after your hiatus! Was worried you had lost your way. Well, this is a worthy addition to your already phenomenal Lange collection. It's the logical next step and somehow I had a feeling you would go for this one (but in honeygold)

The honey-colored gold was indeed on my mind but since I could not get the same number as the 1815 MP, I might as well get the older version of the tourbillon - which wasn't a huge difference IMHO.

My fav of your collection? I don t have any... Each piece has its own charm and interest... Qp, mp, tourbillon, chronograph... You get all the main lange complications!

Your new Lange 1 is incredibly elegant ... I guess you'll spend hours admiring the tourbillon, excellent choice among all the beautiful Lange 1 I think !

The difficulty to choose the one we prefer in your collection is a really tough task ... sorry, I give up !

That is an amazing watch. Wear it in good health always! My favorite is the new tourbillon, you can't beat a tourbillon. You have an awesome collection, but I have to ask, why all A langes? Don't you like any other company? A Lange is my favorite also, but I like to have other brands in my collection. Congrats again!

IMHO and a very strong DNA asthetically...but don't get me wrong, I do enjoy other brands like PP, FPJ, VC and a couple more.

I thought that was all of your watches. I am thinking too small ! Your collection is fit for a king! I agree that nothing beats ALS in finishing! I will be sure to check out your older posts. I also have to say that you have a fantastic name! Lol! You know you are the reason I put the two E's after my name. They stand for my middle and last names. Now people can tell the difference. I think there is also another Sam, but I forget who. Anyway you make us Sam's proud!

On a rainy Saturday morning, nothing can bring the sun out more than enjoying your superb collection. I especially like to see the variety in metals and styles of your Lange pieces.

The latest addition is fantastic, although my personal favourite would have to be the Dato Perpetual, that is a watch I will always aspire to own.. I hope these bring you many years of enjoyment; and good luck in your search for the next addition.
