Outstanding timepiece. Don't have much time to write a detailed post but I wanted to share this dial!
Limited to 100 pieces containing a brand new calibre. I'll post some photos of the other pieces later.

The movement thought is the same as the one in the rattrapante perpetual (without the calendar module).

I am not judging! :) Lange is not the only company to take liberties with press releases ...
Yes, this movement has always been attached to a calendar module before. In that sense you can call it "new". The same with the movement in the Odysseys, it is a minor modification of the saxonia automatic but Lange called it "brand new".
I can see now comparing it to the 1815 Rat-Perp that the rear views are identical!
Had I been allowed to photograph the movement I may have even noticed myself.
At least the dial is completely new and spectacular.

A honey gold dial would have been more appropriate ... like with the first edition of the F.A. Lange Hommage set [nt]

Those dials were beautiful, but I don't mind the fact that they did something different this time.
And they still used honey gold for movement plates.
Movement plates are still made out of German Silver, not Honey Gold. [nt]

I like the 12-6 chrono arrangement
But I find the movement lacking in finesse.. levers look fatter than usual, balance wheel is hidden, and then there is the unsightly spring used to resetting..
