I recently sold my Type XX along with three other watches.
The reason, believe it or not, was it was getting too much wrist time. The Type XX was such a versatile watch that it kept me from wearing others I also wanted to wear but were being neglected.
I sold four watches altogether for the same reason.
As long as they were in my watch box, I never found the opportunity to wear others that were in my view more interesting. I found I rarely wore my Breguet Tradition or enamel 5247 as long as the Arronavale was present. Can something be too successful?
Too successful, this is a new concept. :))) Don't tell me you only keep the watches you wear the less!
