What is TSwissT dial in the Breguet 3800st ?
I was in touch with a dealer for the purchase of 3800st and his basis of sale was that his is TSwissT marked dial . What does this means ? Any views and comments ?

Rare sure but not a huge premium over just "Swiss" dial which is whiter looking luminova.

As for me...
not sure the tritium dial is key, on the contrary I tend to prefer the Luminova dial. I'll explain why as it might sound surprising for a vintage fan like me.
A real vintage Type XX is definitely great, especially if military background and even better with corresponding documentation.
But the 3800 is the modern version anyhow, so for me I either go for the real vintage (military) version, or for the modern version i.e. Luminova markings.
At least that's the choice that I had made and I have never regretted.

T Swiss T is marked on the second generation of the modern 3800...
... first gen had only Swiss on the dial. Until the late Nineties Tritium was used, followed by Super Luminova.
The nice thing about Tritium: it changes it's appearance over the years, the watch gets a different face. In my view that adds character to the watch...
A premium for a Tritium 3800 is justifiable, if it comes with dial, hands and bezel triangle in Tritium and fitting wing shaped box and papers. But that's just my personal take on it... ;-)

Agreed 100% - the patina the develops from the tritium dial and hands adds so much character and charm to the Type XXs that make it so desirable. [nt]
