The lugs do not have the Linge finish , are always polished. Those with bolished carrure, should however show some extra smoothening of the edges. For me (and may be wrong) all ref 6394 should be like this:

Sorry, these velvet boxes were for the Omega Rg's, and production stopped IIRW in 1951. The leather boxes were from the 1940s too, perhaps production started in the 30s and extended in the 40s? I have somewhere an advert and will post it. Best Franco...
