I like these tributes as it allows me to own what has been the past successful models. To find the original in NOS is almost impossible nowadays unless you pay huge premium and there’s the question on authenticity too.
It will of course never be the same but I think these have their own rights.

Recognizing a bastard son as a rightful heir. If this was a run of the mill catalog offering, I don't think we would've pulled the trigger. So it is what it is. It is THE next in line RM to the original because Omega says it is Ok, done with the Kool-Aid....

another reason why I prefer modern to vintage, even for re-editions or tributes. We can wear them without worry or fuss 😉👍
It's too scary out there to get vintage unless from known collectors or friends...
