📖 About This Reference

The PAM510 represents Panerai's Luminor Marina 8 Days model in a 44mm polished steel configuration. This reference sits within the Luminor Marina series, distinguished by its eight-day power reserve capability provided by the Calibre P.5000 movement. The 44mm case is constructed from polished steel with a matching polished steel bezel. A 2.5mm sapphire crystal protects the dial, while the case maintains 300-meter water resistance. The watch is powered by Panerai's Calibre P.5000 movement, which provides the extended eight-day power reserve that gives this model its designation. This reference appeals to collectors seeking a substantial steel sports watch with extended power reserve functionality. The 44mm case size and polished steel construction position the PAM510 as a robust daily wear option within Panerai's steel offerings, suitable for those who appreciate the practical benefits of an eight-day movement in a durable case material.

Buon giorno Paneristi, this is my first thread ever (im old school), so please excuse some things! Im infected by the italian virus! Looking for my first (no, to be honest my second) Pam and its kind of hard for me. Should have SD, 1950 44mm case, small second, GMT and date could be o.k.! I Plus:

Not addicted anymore
I just realised I placed my last order quite some time ago. I did not order or buy anything at SIHH 2011 and the same for 2012 hmmmm, 2 years without a new Panerai. Y reason I just got tired of their LIMITED ( ' probably until SIHH next year' ) EDITIONS. Just wondering if some of you share this feel

I saw the new Panerai SIHH 2013 models today. I'll be posting pics and videos
of the new models, and there are some really exciting pieces I want to highlight which aren't the usual "hot" models such as the new PAM510 w/ the new P.5000 movement 8-day manual wind movement. Stay tuned for more! Cheers, Anthony

PAM510 vs 111
I was absolutely pleasantly surprised when I saw the new P5000 based pieces AND when I was made aware of the price point, I knew OP got a winner here: We loose the stripes and gain a full 5 day of power on this in-house movement. All at the cost of ~10% premium. Which one would you choose?

SIHH 2013 PuristSPro Report: Officine Panerai
SIHH 2013 PuristSPro Report: Officine Panerai (M. Bosse & PuristSPro Team) Panerai is one of those companies I admire even though their watches are (in most cases) not my cup of tea. Panerai is pretty much looked (historically speaking) on the two basic case design, the Radiomir and the Luminor.

SIHH...reflections ........a vintage year or game show?
Now that the dust has settled, its perhaps a good time to reassess the Panerai version of its a knock out, or as our European brethren know it as, Jeux Sans Frontieres. What was intriguing for me was the pre SIHH releases, which makes me wonder how much authority the Geneva and Basel shows still c
