📖 About This Reference

The PAM359 represents Panerai's Luminor Marina 1950 3 Days Automatic in a 44mm polished steel configuration. This reference sits within the Luminor Marina series, distinguished by its automatic movement and three-day power reserve capability. The watch features a 44mm polished steel case paired with a matching polished steel bezel. Protection comes from a 2.6mm sapphire crystal, while water resistance extends to 300 meters. The piece is powered by the Calibre P.9000 movement, providing the stated three-day power reserve through automatic winding. The PAM359 appeals to collectors seeking a steel sports watch with substantial case dimensions and extended power reserve. The polished steel construction and 44mm sizing position this reference for those preferring larger case proportions within the Luminor Marina collection. The automatic movement eliminates manual winding requirements while maintaining the three-day reserve specification.

Guys, what is the fate of watches that aren’t being worn?
Consider options for unworn watches: replace, admire, take a break, revisit later, or other. Example provided of struggling with sentimentality vs usability. Fate of unworn timepieces uncertain.

I wonder if the "paneristi" see it as an odd or rather special reference.

Hi guys, sorry to bother you with these questions... which one will hold best value between 441 and 359? Which one will you choose? Thanks for the input.

What to choose Pam 323 or Pam 359
Hi sir, I was given a choice by my local AD to choose between Pam 359 or Pam 323. I've been wanting Pam 359 because of it's patina looks while Pam 323 catches my attention because it's a gmt 10 days power reserve, AUTOMATIC. I wish I could take both... but should that be the case? Your inputs please

Panerai PAM359 - what are your thoughts on this new dial?
With Marc(Cap)'s recent posting of his new PAM359, how do you guys feel about this new dial design? Are you indifferent? Do you wish Panerai not deviate from their original dial design? Do you commend Panerai for creating a new dial design? Please share your thoughts! Cheers, Anthony New PAM359 dial

So now we have all the new Panerai SIHH 2010 watches. What are your initial thoughts?
Some quick observations of mine of the Panerai SIHH 2010 line-up right off the bat: a) Brown (tobacco) dials are no longer going to be used sparingly. Seems like Panerai introduced this year's offerings with more brown dials which is unusual. Usually the brown dials are saved for the platinum varian
