Movement is the major difference....
Size of 39.7mm, and straight lugs without the crown guards, plus a slimmer bracelet. The bezel is ceramic with enamel fillings...Sapphire crystal with an Omega symbol engraved in the middle of the crystal, not above like acrylic.

but of course it is below Geneva Seal standards and "haute" houses such as Breguet, Patek, etc... I did not purchase this watch for thr finishing, to be fair. It was more for the historical significance of the 321 movement as well as adding it to my colle...
