Hi Mia, This is a stopwatch from 1963  with the ability to indicate 1/10 seconds The Omega Reference# is MG 1168 It was used for  simple speed-measuring, photo processing in the darkroom, timing of chemical reactions, etc.  (according to Omega). Hope this...
