Reintitan,

All sources that I accessed states that a ST 105.003 were released with a "drop" styled chronograph seconds hand.

The squared end hand was introduced with the later 145.012 and standard on the 145.022.

One reference even shows one 105.003 that was restored by Omega carrying the squared and incorrect hand.

Other source states that "Somewhat earlier is the Omega Speedmaster 105.003 worn by Gordon Cooper during the 1965 Gemini 5 mission. Inlay might be replaced "

This may be what happened with your watch seconds hand.

If the watch was mine ... I wear it as is or source a "drop" hand and let my watchmaker to match the patina/no lume.

It's a great watch. Congratulations.

Nilo
