Patek Simplicity
I've always thought that when it comes to a purely simple watch (i.e., no gizmos or bells & whistles; just an hour hand, minute hand and second hand), nobody does it more cleanly and beautifully than Patek Phillipe. I don't own one, but when it comes to that particular genre, I lust for one, particularly in gold.
