No, they are different watches
Hi, just looked and there are three on eBay with similar dials - but either different case, or different hands, or different subseconds dial.
These are oviously common gold Omegas with a shared redialling theme, as the seller of almost all of those on eBay is from a town in Oregon. He/she must have specialised in a lucrative portion of the market.

I've got this one Omega and another Hamilton; Being a Mason it's a little specialty of mine; I'm always on the lookout for a good quality Masonic watch; Any ideas on year or 'provenance'? Thanks, Vinny....

That it's stamped 18k somewhat crookedly on the back...good wear and colour as well
This might be a legitimate Omega . . .
