. . . is most interesting.  I believe it to be original, but have never seen one quite like it.  Hour and minute hands are probably original, too.

The seconds hand is the anomaly.  I'm no watchmaker, but it appears the original sub-seconds hand has been modified to include a cross design for the counterweight. 

The funny thing is, I think I've seen a similar sub-seconds hand in an Omega before.  I just can't place it.

Please share images of the movement and inner caseback when you have a chance.
