This apparently was a Mark 40 version issued in Japan only. But Omega had started flipping the chrono subdials’ alignment for their triple date Speedies beginning, it seems, in the early 90s. (Including with the blue/yellow/red Speedy dial recently celebrated by Hodinkee in 2018.) At least some of these flipped subdial Speedys were ~39mm, ie, a little larger than the Speedy Reduced introduced in late 80s. And they didn’t have the ‘piggy back’ chrono movement issue present in the Reduced models.
