It is almost too ridiculous to mention, but it is not that long ago that I purchased....
....this Omega Speedmaster 145.012-67 as a - hold your horse - donor watch. I picked it up for conditions that I thought: if ever I need a part for my other Speedy's, I'll have it take from this one.
Today, less than 4 years down the road I can give an adjusted view: the watch had not to "donate" any parts except the DON bezel and it has become one of my daily beaters.
