It's good enough...
...that I would need to see it in person to make a determination. Everything seems to be in the right place, including the "Swiss Made" at the bottom, which is almost always done incorrectly on redials.
The "missing" serifs might be more of an issue with the quality of the photo than of the dial itself.

Hi Andrew It's a nice looking dial, but I would exspect more serif on the font. Can't hardly se any on "Constallation". Also several elements are ever so slightly out of allignment. Ex. the top arm of the star not being completely vertical. Nice dial thou...

Great chance, a redial
Great chance it is a redial. Study carefully the slashes on the minute track - a few touch the base (especially the 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th) while many others appear to be 'jumping' away from their base.

Then these are the watchco offerings
which are also 29mm or so. That to me is the biggest problem since the original ones are 27mm in diameter (at least the ones for the most popular ref. 2852).
