i believe it to be a 105.003
Buzz was involved with Nasa from the early days and they were issued their watches upon joining Nasa. Ed White and Neil Armstrong had 105.003's so i see no reason to think that Buzz didnt have the same model. it would also fit well with the fact that i have a 105.003-64

There are a few photos on the internet of Buzz wearing his Speedy during the Apollo 11 flight , but unsure how clear they are to enable precise clarification of the version he was issued with .
