I'd advise against buying watch on strap if it can be had with bracelet.
So for the Planet Ocean Chronograph, if you can get it on the bracelet, then it may be a better deal for you. Have you tried it on? It is actually quite large compared to the other model you are contemplating. But if you have a larger wrist then it's no problem.

I have tried them both on. You're right, the one is much larger. It fits my wrist ok- there's just something about the way that model "pops" on my wrist. The Red numbers draw much more attention directly to the watch face. I also tried on the chronograph ...
