Hi Raymond! Both CK2998 and Seamaster 1948 70th are fitted with sapphire crystal,
the last one, like the Railmaster and Seamster 60th re-editions, has the logo engraved: but the Ultraman has a plastic glass (Historically equipped with engraved logo) so... what happened to the logo!?

Looking carefully at the hesalite glass of my ST2 "Ultraman"... I noticed with surprise that there is no logo inside!

when I check Seeks new CK2998, it didn’t have it so I thought this is for reissued watches only because the Seamaster 1948 70th has it. Well, you might be the lucky one. Rgds Raymond

Actually, mine certainly has one, Perhaps it some are having difficulty seeing it as it is very fine and crisp.

Could it possibly be due to different (or new) suppliers of the Hesalite crystal? Although, I have not yet seen any of my Hesalite Speedies without the Omega logo, and that goes for brand new, vintage, or OEM service crystals I bought from parts houses li...
