good to see you here. This is indeed one of the three dials made especially for the Japanese market :
Only 100 of the Anniversary series were produced for the normal markets, each composed of three watches: one in pink, one in yellow gold with cloisonne' dial, one in steel (or was it white gold?)

The cal. 269 is certainly a descendent of the 30T2Rg, but not commonly known as such
The 30T2Rg changed denomination in 1949 to cal. 262.
