Share mine here again, as was purchased a few years ago, it has its cuvette and spacer, but no box and papers! As I remember from 1962 when I first wore one as issued by the RAF (and sadly returned on my retirement), the boxes were small, narrow, plain brown cardboard with a slip-lid and a couple of canvas, sharp twin-spiked buckles to fit and wear. I recently managed to find and have now fitted an open-ended black alligator strap. No photo yet, but it does look a smart tool, keeping good time.
