Omega

So I had a lucky (and a bargain too IMO) find at a local vintage market. A stunning (maybe 50's or 60's) glass Omega dealers shop sign. It is about 14 inches by 6 inches by 6 inches of very heavy construction with a stand at the back to hold it upright.. ...  

The sign is effectivly in great shape for its age. Very nice collection. Besr regards, George

I really like the sign. I have some old Omega stuff as well, I found it on ebay some time ago....  

Like you, I appreciate these pieces from the history of our favorite brand and have acquired a few during the earlier years of my watch study. All the thanks to local Swatch Group office, Omega boutiques and Omega in Bienne. Here are two pics I took in ma...

sadly i had a fire in my cellar 3 years ago so most of the cuffs for the displays got thrown away and i've just thrown the rest away as i'm moving house and thinning out the attic stuff. they are too heavy to ship to anyone so no point offering them to pe... 

But on the plus side you live in a house with a cellar. A rare thing in my part of the world. I grew up in an old Victorian era house with a beautiful old cellar but modern houses in Australia just don't have that sort of thing. My current place is a art ...  

hey Zac, snap! i'm on the move by end of may to a 1930's traditional bay windowed 3 bed house on the south coast of england and away from my welsh 4 bed stone woollen mill with cellar which costs a fortune to heat on oil. sometimes divorce ends up working...
