The Speedy 125 is a fantastic example of what first
attracted me to vintage Omegas, interesting case shapes, bold design and innovative
watch making. The first automatic chronograph chronometer, the first Speedmaster
to be rated as a chronometer and a fitting commemoration of a milestone in
Omega's company history ... the 125 has many appeals.
I and I'm sure others here would love to see further photos when you have
time. BTW I used to work with a Steve Paris who now is in Canberra,
Australia. Not the same gentleman by any chance?

Hi Bill, The watch is quite heavy but find its place on my wrist. I currently wear other "big" watches as Panerai, blancpain FF...but i have to say that this speed is massive ! Steven

As one who has a few "heavy" old Omegas
...Amazed that you think it's massive compared to something like a Pannie. Granted there is more movement and those steel cases were built tough, but it's still a relatively small watch by today's standards. In any event, you got a beautiful example. Hope...
