Yes,
Its a redial. But so what?
If the watch is good as it does seem to be from the pics (apart from redial), I'd still go ahead and buy it to have the dial redone well once again, given the dials are getting pretty shabby on remaining pieces, given the watch is from the 40's, given Omega is long since sold out for NOS dials for the watch, and given your chances of buying another- that to with an original dial- are getting close to impossible as the years go by and these beauties get scarcer to come by.
