Bumper Problem...
Just got this Jumbo bumper today and I decided to open it up. I was surprised to see a screw lodged right above the mainspring! Should I take it out with a tweezer or just leave it be? My only concern is that if I ship it to a watchmaker, during shipping the screw will fall right out and bounce all around the movement...

Hi Kyle, I would take it out carefully with a tweezer - should not be difficult I suppose... best erich
Definitely remove it.
It will only do more damage if you ship the watch with a screw floating around loose in the movement. Looks like one of the dial retaining screws, but hard to see how it could have wound up loose inside the movement. Nice looking watch by the way... grumi...

I was able to remove the little screw, it was wedged pretty tightly though and it looks like it was there for a while. I was able to clean up the case a little too!...
