And mine is one of the firsts, still equipped with 861 caliber (as they happened to exist during the transition to the 1861). I honestly think they are one of the best looking Speedmasters ever made. I added a touch to mine, swaping the crystal tension ring to a chrome one (instead of the original black). Best regards, Adriano

Sam, your pics highlight how much i like it as well. it might not be the iconic moonwatch, but its as close to the 1957 2998 that you'll get with a modern movement. its just what my son wants i think, something modernish with a vintage look. cheers Graham
