I think they may be a tad thicker
Sep 25, 2015,15:01 PM
The press release says "The watchmaking technical expertise of the P.1000 calibre is contained within a diameter of just 26.8 mm (12 lignes) and a thickness of 3,85 mm, so it is perfectly suited to the proportions of the Radiomir 1940 case, which is 42 mm in diameter."
So my guess is it'll be approximately the same thickness or slightly thicker than the other 42mm Radiomir 1940's such as the PAM512 & PAM513. The PAM512 & PAM513 use the P.999 movement which is thinner at 3.4mm thick.
Cheers,
Anthony

3day p.1000 vs 999 Thicker case? Green vs. ecru lume?
Good questions

I'm going to get the 512 or 574, struggling to decide which lum I prefer. Green with a black strap but ecru with a brown one I think. But not sure which is more versatile. Leaning towards green/574 but tough call.
