Hi guys I\'m interested in acquiring a 249 but a 448 has been offered to me .They are very similar but movements are different.I think the 249 is slightly slimmer which would suit me . Your guys thoughts please . Iqbal

... since it is the first Cali, since it has a robust Unitas inside, since it's proportions are much nicer, and last not least since it features a spectacular dial of so much higher quality than the 448. Cheers Henrik ...  

Plexy?... or does 448 have sapphire? Both dials don't have that amazing "filled in indice" with Lume? Just the 249? That look is one of my favorite if not my absolute favorite. The look where the sandwich dial "cavity" is filled flush with Lume. Your pict...

As Henrik wrote, the "Cali" is the first "revival" of the original 3646 and has a sturdy, no nonsense Unitas inside (making it a tool watch). On the other hand the 448 uses an in-house movement which makes more attractive to..recent Paneristi. As for me, ...
