Really appreciate the expert views all around. I think it's natural that we have some diversity. Every person has a different reason for collecting a certain piece. So far my criteria are:
- Whether the looks sing to me
- Rarity
- Movement
- And to a lesser extent, whether the piece can hold its value
Now I appreciate what is lacking is the history and the story behind the brand. I am glad that my post has generated some interesting discussion. I will see if I can balance the various themes in the future.
