The price is the only thing right now you need to think about, my friend. Doubled means it is hot no matter it is caused by what reason, however, on the other hand, it originally matters your decision. If you are just purely want to hold this piece without caring what the market tells you, you just go ahead coz you've fallen love with the unique characters of this watch, blue hands, special dial...etc. Or, if the price makes you not at a comfort level, you'd better stay away, nah, you know what i mean, the factors you listed that keeps you hold-up will seems to be bigger and not to be able to wiped off from your mind. Probably you gonna pass it up once again. What do you think?

Buy the watch!!, You won't regret it. The design of the face is quite unique, and it works well with the radiomir case. My boss,(RL) always compliments me on the look of this piece whenever he sees me wearing it.
I love it but the problem is finding a NIB or good one
since I can only get it second hand now... not easy to find old new stock.
I was also considering the 4 factors that you mentioned
