I have been in the market for a painted dial to replace my sandwich 562 and managed to find both a 55c and 118e in mint condition, amazing to think both are 20 year old watches already.
Anyway I was set on a Ti case but after seeing a beautiful 5218 I am having doubts. In particular I really like how painted numbers look under high contrast lighting on some steel-cased dials such as the below (pic taken off the net, apologies in advance):
I don't think I've ever seen the same visual effect on Ti dials, so go ahead show me your painted dials!

I didnt realize they had put the black seal wording on a preV dial, I thought such liberties were only taken for tourists models as sergio would say
