Maybe the People wouldn't notice the 317 because of its matt black color. But I am sure they would know that is a Panerai though. reserve one in an AD or Boutique , that is the best way to do. but some of the places are they don;t take any more names on t... 

It's not supposed to be a limited edition watch so I would suggest that you order it and then plan to waite. I ordered mine in October of 2008 and still don't have it. I am told that the first one won't arrive before 2010. I have not heard of anyone recev... 

I had saw it last week and it is a beautiful watch. you should go to the Panerai in Beverly Hill and put your name down and wait may be in 6-8 mouth time you will get the lucky call.

The Boutiques is the best way to go... The first samples of the 317 should be getting to the boutiques already in October, from what I heard. However, given all the problems that Panerai has had with the ceramic I am not too sure that this watch will be p...

Agree w/ all those in the thread. I put my name on the boutique list the moment it was announced ago and I expect to wait at least another year for delivery. I've heard 3 have been delivered in HK but delivery of additional units is a bit unpredictable. W...
