On the coat tails of the 510....

a..full range..of 8 Days, was to be expected. I personally find them rather handome, although I would have preferred a more "Italian"..8 giorni, instead of the english version (a bit of roots recognition, would not be wasted). As for the...white one...well, I'm a bit ambivalent. On the one side, I understand that the "fan" base is widening and a white dialled "base" with an 8 giorni PR will be well appreciated. On the flip side, it's a PANERAI and PANERAIS are...black dialled, for crying out loud!!!! hahahahaha

Panerai SIHH 2014: Pam 561 and 564. A Classic 8 Days offer from Panerai.

The Pam 561 is a Luminor, hence a Base ( without seconds ) which, with its white dial, is well known from the old school guys, as we used to see the Pam 10, in the early 2000's which came with the same dial, and the same case. But here, the difference is ...

I'm having a strong attraction to a white dialed PAM...

Although PR Indicator on the back would make them perfect! I suppose you can argue that it can be wound once a day.

Thanks for your input,Nicko.

A kind of tribute to the amazing job done by Mr Bettarini. Well, at lezst, this is my personal feeling. Or, to be more honest, this is the way I want to feel it! :) Ciao, my friend. Nicolas

I know..of course...

I like these new P.5000 44mm Historic Luminors as the new entry level models

They're classic and "clean" Panerai's, and it's nice to see the a new 8 day movement in these historic 44mm Luminors. Time to phase out the Unitas versions now :) Cheers, Anthony

I fancy that 564

My second PAM was a 61C. Aesthetically, the same watch sans the "8 Days" marking. I am not fond of it here, but I don't think it would be a deal breaker. I love the discretion of the black hands over the brown dial, set in the titanium case. This could ve...

Just as always, not too crazy about the "8 days" on the dial... But these are the pieces I've been missing from Panerai's new collection Hope to see some nicer ones in the future Best, Sam

I am impressed

The movement alone will do it for me, as I think its about time, and a bridge for the balance is more fitting for a dive watch. I just wish they had left the "8 days" text on the movement instead of having that on the dial as well. A good offering from Pa...

Agreed that the 8 Days mention on the dial is too much...

With this reserve, a very interesting offer, I agree... Best, and thanks for your input, Richard. Nicolas
