Panerai launches the PAM576 today which is a 44mm rose gold Luminor 1950 housing the P.2002 movement. It's basically the same thing as the stainless steel PAM233 but in rose gold case and a brown dial.

basically it's the same as my 289
the 289 was discontinued and this one is in fact almost the same thing, expept it's polished instead of satinated and what i don't understand is that they reduced the waterressistance from 100 to 50 M ??? so you can hardly take a dive in the pool with it ...

Why not just another run of the 289? Not sure why this needed a new reference. It is handsome though :)
