Panerai launches Phone Sales in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia

On 31 May 2021, the Florentine watchmaker, Panerai launched phone sales in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia in May 2021, with the aim to provide better client experiences and a direct connection to the brand that is seamless, accessible and personalized to the clients.


Customers will be able to purchase Panerai watches and accessories from the comfort of their home, by making a phone call to Panerai Client Relation Center (CRC), communicating directly with Panerai sales advisors. Among the timepieces available for the phone sales, customers can also find watches and accessories offered exclusively online.



Among them, a series of three special camouflage straps, which are e-commerce exclusive, will be offered through phone sales starting from June. Inspired by the uniform of the Italian Navy, these 3 special straps are made of black rubber shell and upcycled camouflage fabrics and fit for Luminor 44mm watches.
