PAM 425
Dec 06, 2021,10:54 AM
Dear all,
I watched the video below regarding PAM 425. However current 425 has a small torpedo on the dial over 6 (for me the reason not to buy it at least for now), whereas the 425 on the video does not.

I am a bit confused so wanted to ask experts here. Was there another version of 425 before, without the torpedo engraving?
Thanks
AK

It is interesting that even you don’t know what he presents. I thought it could be an older reference. I know 449 but it is limited or a special edition and very hard to find in second hand.
This is a very interesting find

At first I thought it may be a 449 with gold hands but the inscription between the lugs confirms it is a 425. The only documented example I can think of is the prototype presented at the SIHH, which didn't have the pig on its dial. It would be amazing if ...
I thought so too

But the 373 has platinum written on the caseback as far as I can remember which the watch in the video doesn't.
