regardless of the brand, it's much better than having your wrist chomped off by an inquisitive barracuda (every diver know barracudas, the acquatic Magpies, love...glittering things).
Besides who needs to know what time it is, during a dive?

scuba diving with PAM390
Tested the PAM390 scuba diving. funny thing happened, two guys with nice watches, a rolex hulk and a patek nautilus 5711 left their watches in the van! I could kind of understand the nautilus because you could probably scratch the shiny bezel by touching ...

Rather dive with pro dive watch
No markings for 15 minutes decompression time before surfacing. I always dive with proper diving watches... I have a Pam 390 too but I don't need to show to fishes I have a Panerai...
