It depends on your personal preference...
The watch without small seconds (PAM176) look clean and well balanced... however, you might love to see your watch actually 'runs' everytime you look at it....therefore the PAM177 will be your choice. My suggestion is try them both and pick the one that give you a big smile....I mean..the BIGGEST smile as the both give you pleasure.
