I've never heard of anyone swapping sapphire crystals
If you can put a domed sapphire crystal in your PAM351, please do let us know if it works out. I'm curious to see if the sapphire crystals are interchangeable.
And btw, I don't know if any AD will do this for you. The biggest problem will be finding a source for the domed crystal since Panerai doesn't sell this part individually to customers.

No Panerai AD will accept to do it. And I doubt that it is physically possible. Therefore, I doubt you will do it when you know the price of a domed sapphire. Some owners of the 127, who had their plexy broken will attest that. Best, Nicolas
