While I am a huge fan of panerai’s cleaner 12 hour GMT implementation (vs. 24 hour implementation like Rolex)… the 995 is way better choice between the two IMO.
Domed sapphire and GMT; my choice is 233. With the 1940 radiomir go clean dial. Almost all purists and Risti prefer to choose the cleaner dial; my alternate point of view is clean radiomir dials, but I “allow” for more complicated luminors…
