It’s a watch you like, which is all that matters! And it’s an interesting piece for sure. I take it central chrono minute and seconds hands? Which one is which, btw.?

it's a nice looking watch after all, for anyone that likes "that-type-of-watches" and the fact that is produced by Panerai, doesn't make it...A PANERAI... IMO. So enjoy it to the fullest and don't concern yourself too much with orthodoxy issues
