I think that the set is an "acquired taste" and not many hard-core Paneristi would go for it. But hey, they have to..float your boat..and it seems they do so, enjoy the heck out of the "siblings". One small foot note: there are NO..torpedoes..in the Paneristi's lingo. You either refer to them as SLC (Siluro a Lenta Corsa) or PIGS (from legendary commander of the Decima Mas - Navy special forces - Teseo Tesei who gave them their nick name) Ciao

as you know I am not such a Panerai expert but really like the set. You are probably right that is not for hard-core Paneristi -- I also think that some would want only one but to me it was a great idea and I do look forward to enjoy this small collection...

when you buy something, it MUST be good for you, it must be liked by you. Only thing to learn, in order to really enjoy (and keep enjoying it) is NOT to ask opinions from other people, only share YOUR satisfaction, like you did

with a different typeface and such an unusual dial it might even look...strange to some Panerai fans

but I am very happy so far with the acquisition. My only issue was the size but it seems to work out fine
