I just wanted here to give an hommage to one of my very favourite Panerai Vendome, the Rad Pam 198... It's basicaly a Pam 190, but in platinum, and a brown dial. These 8 Days Rad house a JLC movement, and were produced from 2004 ( letter G) to 2006 ( lett...

That is just so beautiful Nicolas! The brown dial and gold hands go very well. I like the 198 better with just the brown dial over the Hobnail on the 208. Does the 208 also come with the brown dial? The JLC movement is so sweet and the putting the power r...

I searching one in White gold for my wife!!! This 197 is also a keeper. I had the opportunoity to wear one, and to test it on the wrist, this is an awesome watch. You obviously have great taste! Best. Nicolas

Hi Nicolas, The smaller Panerai is a pam 103 and it was a gift for my wife to try and coax her into this hobby that gobbles up more of my resources than it should. The 103 is 40mm and looks great on her wrist. Since I bought her the 103 she has become int...

That is a real LE. I can only count the 190 among my 8 Days unless you let me count my, PAM 233 Manufacture 8 days and my JLC 8 days. Love them all. Best value for money have to be the 190. Any one out there with access should try to get one at their loca... 

It's a really beautiful, simple watch Nicolas, and even more so on your rare LLLLLE straps. HOWEVER: how do you feel about a dial that is near perfect in every way, but screams 'platinum'!!! for all to see? C'est un peu 'trop', n'est-ce pas ? Cheers, ppla... 

beautiful watch, period. but i somewhat agree with pplater that the platinum word does mess things up a little, a little pointless i would say. but that just me, probably eating sour grapes...if i had the watch i wouldn't be complaining... the strap you h...

Is it possible to tell the different between ordinary production of 190 in steel and the platinum case? By the way , I personally love the plain dial a bit more than the hobnail dial. But I would agree to see the hobnail dial on Luminor case....as the pro... 

Here are the differences between the 190 and the 198... The 198 is a 190 with: A platinum case. A Brown plain dial. The Wrtiting on the dial " platinum " The fact that the platinum is a LE of 50 pieces, made in 2004. The packaging, that is the one of a LE...

Just to have a clarification. I have the Great pleasure to own a PAM 190 serie I, in 2007 and the total number of this serie on the back of the case is 500. Why do you mentionned 550? best regards
