Only the date (for me) destroys a Panerai dial, more than the power reserve. They should consider "slapping" it in the rear of the watch (a-la-422). You go on enjoying it as much as you possibly can. Ciao

if you are on an underwater mission, and you have to destroy the enemies submersible, you have to know, if you still have enough power reserve to accomplish your mission! It is not very efficient, if you have to take the watch off, to see whether you have...

I chose mine in the back of the watch though with 190 and 368. When in the front I prefer “centered” placement in the 27/28 series and 233 ( gasp!)....

323 circular PR indicator is fine per se...but

I am not in love with the balance of the dial... much prefer the dial layout of the PR indicator opposite the seconds if it’s going to be the same shape. Ala bu-compax or iwc 5001
